Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full store credit or full price exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition for full credit and exchange, with all original receipts.


To return an item, [please email customer us at or message us at the Instagram Social Media Link at the bottom of the Home Page, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and photo of item(s), and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us once received. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange credit. Please allow at least 1-2 days to process returns from the original receipt of your item when received in store.

To process EXCEPTIONS of full monetary refunds, please be aware that your credit it may appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed so you can begin to look for that credit on your statement. 


If item was damaged during purchase, wrong item was sent and is no longer in stock, or the quality of the item is not meeting standards of Country Charm within 60 days, a full monetary refund will be an exception.  

The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged:

Car Aromas will not be returned or exchanged after 2 weeks of purchase.

Tumblers will not be returned or exchanged if care instructions were neglected and damage to the product is evident as such.

For defective or damaged products upon receipt, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Photos of damaged goods need to be taken at the time of receiving.
